At Herikickz, we appreciate your support and strive to provide premium-quality products.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or exchanges.

If an exception is approved at Herikickz’s sole discretion, it will be issued as store credit only. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, Herikickz may, at its sole discretion:

• Provide a replacement item, if available; or
• Issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the item.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after it has entered processing or has been shipped.
