Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
